Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy sets out the terms under which clients may cancel, pause, or reduce their engagement with Ravens.Agency.
1. Notice Period
- All service cancellations require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, submitted by email to the account manager or to legal@ravens.agency.
- Notice periods begin from the date the written cancellation is received and acknowledged by Ravens.Agency.
2. Fees During Notice Period
- You remain liable for all fees and contracted deliverables during the 30-day notice period.
- Monthly retainer fees due within this period will be invoiced and are payable in full.
3. Minimum Contract Terms
- Where a minimum contract term has been agreed in your Statement of Work or proposal, early cancellation within that term will result in an early termination fee equivalent to the remaining monthly fees for the contracted period.
4. Ad Spend and Third-Party Budgets
- Any advertising budgets already committed to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, or ticketing networks) at the time of cancellation are non-refundable by Ravens.Agency.
- You will be advised of any committed spend at the time of the cancellation notice.
5. Pausing Services
- Clients wishing to pause services rather than cancel must provide written notice.
- Pauses of up to 60 days may be agreed at our discretion.
- Retainer fees may continue to apply during a pause period if resources have been allocated.
- Paused engagements will be subject to availability upon resumption.
6. Cancellation by Ravens.Agency
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services with immediate effect in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices beyond 30 days of the due date.
- Material breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Engagement in activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or reputationally harmful.
- Insolvency or cessation of business.
- In such cases, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
7. Handover and Offboarding
Upon cancellation, Ravens.Agency will:
- Complete a structured handover within 14 days of the engagement end date.
- Transfer access to all ad accounts, tracking pixels, and campaign assets owned by the Client.
- Provide a final performance summary and data export where applicable.
- Retain project-related records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Refunds
- Ravens.Agency does not provide refunds for services already delivered or work already commenced within a billing period.
- If a billing error has occurred, we will issue a credit note or adjusted invoice promptly upon notification.
9. How to Cancel

- Please include your company name, the services you wish to cancel, and your preferred end date.
- We will confirm receipt and the applicable notice period within 2 business days.
